Job summary

Adarsh Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Junior Architect or Architect to develop and manage architectural design from concept to detailed stages, ensuring quality and compliance.

You will work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare drawings for execution on site, coordinating with structural, MEP, interior and landscape teams, and ensuring feasibility of customer requests while adhering to byelaws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years for Junior Architect; 6+ years for Architect in large-scale residential projects.
• Experience coordinating drawings with structural, MEP, interior and landscape teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for execution at site with Senior Architect.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants.
• Review customer requests and modify layouts to feasibility.
• Prepare area calculations as required by the Senior Architect.
• Visit sites to ensure compliance with design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for execution at site.
• Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants Drawings.
• Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify the standard layouts accordingly.
• Knowledge of byelaws
• Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
• Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture

Experience

• Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
• Architect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
