Qualifications

• LLB or LLM from a reputed institution/law school.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Capital Markets.
• Strong experience in Non-Litigation, Corporate & Contract Law.
• Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently advise business and management on legal matters.
