Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent the company in all litigation matters, including civil, commercial, employment, and regulatory disputes.
• Develop litigation strategies and make recommendations for resolution or defense, balancing business needs with legal considerations.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation cases, ensuring effective and efficient case management.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on emerging legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Provide legal advice on the potential for litigation or settlement and assess risk exposure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, HR, compliance, and operations, to resolve legal issues.
• Attend and represent the company in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements, contracts, and other related legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all areas of litigation.
• Monitor and manage outside counsel to ensure alignment with company interests and cost-effective resolution of disputes.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and industry trends, regulations, and case law.

Qualifications:
