Job summary

Quantum Corpserv India is seeking a security leadership professional to implement and oversee security procedures across multiple nodes and customer sites in Navi Mumbai. The role requires monitoring systems, managing incidents, and conducting audits to safeguard assets and operations.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in Armed Forces or equivalent, plus 3+ years in corporate Security & Loss Prevention within logistics or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience in Armed Forces, CAPF, Police, Industrial Security, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in corporate Security & Loss Prevention, preferably in logistics/transport/manufacturing/warehousing/supply chain.
• Certifications in Security Management, Industrial Security, or Risk Management preferred.
• Strong field presence, investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Implement security procedures across nodes, routes, hubs, and customer sites.
• Monitor security systems and manage incidents involving theft, loss, or asset damage.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and surprise checks.
• Support investigations and risk assessments across field locations and transport routes.

• Drive security awareness and training for field teams.

• Ensure effective security measures through vendor coordination.
