Qualifications

• Graduate (Any stream); Diploma / Certification in Security Management preferred
• 510 years of experience in Security & Loss Prevention
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing setups preferred
• Exposure to audits, investigations, and SOP implementation is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-level security and loss prevention strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations across warehouses, offices, and yards.
• Identify high-risk areas and implement controls to prevent theft, pilferage, and damage.
• Conduct surprise checks, audits, and physical verification of stocks.
• Analyze loss incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.
• Lead, train, and monitor SLP Executives, supervisors, and security guards.
• Conduct regular training on SOPs, vigilance, and emergency response.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and year-end physical verification.
