Job summary

Avaada Group is seeking a senior security leader to establish and oversee a 24/7 vigilance network across multiple sites, manage training programs for security personnel, and coordinate with police and authorities on land/ROW matters.

The role requires strong crisis management, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of industrial security systems and governance. You will supervise outsourced staff and ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline; certifications in Industrial Security, Risk Management, or related fields preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial/corporate security management, preferably overseeing large site or cluster operations.
• Strong leadership and crisis management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of industrial security systems, surveillance technologies, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with local laws, land/ROW matters, and government functioning.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a 24/7 vigilance and surveillance network, including CCTV, patrolling, intelligence gathering, incident investigation, and rapid response coordination.
• Design and deliver training programs for security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, compliance, conflict management, and cultural sensitivities; conduct mock drills and refresher sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with police, district administration, government agencies, and local community stakeholders to resolve land and Right‑of‑Way issues and represent the organization in meetings.
• Manage third‑party security vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and statutory requirements; conduct evaluations, audits, and oversee deployment planning, attendance, rostering, and supervision of outsourced staff.
• Validate and process monthly vendor invoices, maintain deployment and attendance records, prepare incident and training documentation, and submit MIS reports to regional and corporate security leadership.
