Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure seeks a Security Manager to oversee security and safety for a mixed-use residential and commercial tower in Mumbai. You will manage security personnel, implement protocols, and coordinate with maintenance and external agencies to protect residents, tenants, staff, and assets.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in security management, and expertise in CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures. The position is based on-site in Mumbai and reports to CMD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in security management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, fire systems, and emergency procedures.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations for a mixed-use residential and office tower.
• Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures for the property.
• Ensure 24/7 security coverage across residential and commercial areas.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Supervise, train, and manage security guards and supervisors.

• Establish and enforce emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation).
• Coordinate mock drills and safety training sessions.

Job Summary

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete security and safety operations of a mixed-use residential and office tower. This includes managing security personnel, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and implementing effective security protocols to protect residents, tenants, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management


• Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures for the property


• Ensure 24/7 security coverage across residential and commercial areas


• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections


• Team Management & Coordination


• Supervise, train, and manage security guards and supervisors


• Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers with guards


• Ensure proper deployment, discipline, and performance of all security staff


• Coordinate with external security agencies/vendors


• Safety & Emergency Management


• Establish and enforce emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation, etc.)


• Coordinate mock drills and safety training sessions


• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure fire safety systems, alarms, and CCTV systems are functional


• Surveillance & Access Control


• Monitor CCTV operations and ensure proper recording and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security management, preferably in residential/commercial complexes

• Knowledge of safety regulations, fire systems, and emergency procedures
