Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage the physical security operations of Oberoi Commerze 3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding people, property, and assets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Manage and supervise daily security operations including manned guarding, surveillance, and access control systems.

Coordinate with facility management teams, local authorities, and emergency services.

Conduct risk assessments and regular audits to identify and mitigate security threats. Train and evaluate security personnel, including scheduling shifts and assigning

duties. Oversee the functioning of CCTV systems, fire alarms, emergency response, and

evacuation drills. Prepare security reports, incident logs, and recommend improvements. Maintain up-to-date records of access control systems, ID badges, and visitor logs. Ensure all security measures comply with legal and corporate standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably with training in security or risk management).

Minimum 6–10 years of experience in security management, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate setups.

Proven leadership and crisis management skills. Familiarity with electronic surveillance systems and safety compliance norms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with security management in commercial buildings or business parks.

Certification in industrial or corporate security (e.g., PSP, CPP) is an advantage. Knowledge of local laws and liaisoning with police/fire departments.
