Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru seeks a technically strong consultant to lead Kinaxis Maestro implementations, aligning with client objectives and driving value through AI-enabled supply chain solutions.

You will mentor junior consultants, design scalable configurations, and contribute to proposals. Bachelor’s in engineering, deep SCM knowledge, and workshop delivery experience are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management and deep functional knowledge in at least one area of SCM.
• Experience leading supply chain teams, trainings, or projects; PM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS/ERP implementations and data-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro implementations aligned with client objectives and architecture standards.
• Resolve complex technical design and configuration issues across workstreams.
• Manage client communications, workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
• Guide client IT on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
• Review specs for completeness, scalability, and QA.

In this role, the Manager is a trusted advisor and technical expert. You’ll lead the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
• Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
• Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
• Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
• Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
• Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
• Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience
• Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization
• Develop the Maestro resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide functionality.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred
• Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies
• Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
• Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus
• Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus
• Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus
• Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment
• An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed
