Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support to coordinate transportation, monitor shipments, and maintain inventory across the supply chain in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize processes and contribute to performance reporting using ERP/tracking systems. English proficiency is required; office-based in Hyderabad with flex-time Indian shift.

• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks.
• Assist in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
