Job summary

Infravision in Noida is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor onboarding, and import shipments for aerospace components.

You will own ERP data, drive MIS reporting, and ensure supplier compliance with aerospace standards, with 8+ years in drone manufacturing or aerospace required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR to PO to payment tracking).
• Prepare procurement MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify and onboard new vendors; maintain vendor documentation. Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance documentation.
• Ensure timely PO issuance with complete approvals and compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP (SAP / NetSuite).
• Take ownership of assigned procurement packages and timelines.
• Cost benchmarking analysis.
• Strong vendor-network in the drone industry and proven experience in procuring them.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all components meet aerospace standards.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drone manufacturing or the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with UAV components, composites, or electronic subsystems.
• Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., DGCA in India).
