Job summary

Aviation Indeed is seeking a Chief Manager Procurement Supply Chain in Gurugram for a full-time role within Engineering Procurement Supply Chain. You will report to the Head Procurement Supply Chain and lead a team to develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.

You will manage multiple projects, negotiate with vendors, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with maintenance, finance and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of procurement and project management experience in an engineering environment.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement laws, regulations and processes.
• Aviation procurement experience is desired (15 years total, with 8 years in leadership).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.

• Lead, mentor and optimize procurement team performance.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration Logistics Operations Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master s degree preferred
• Minimum 10 15 years of procurement and project management experience in an engineering environment
• Extensive knowledge of procurement laws regulations and processes
• Desired 15 years experience with 8 years in leadership ERP systems and aviation procurement experience Aviation
