Job summary

Infinity Advertising Services in India seeks a driven Retail Branding Sales & Marketing professional to sell branding and visibility solutions to retail outlets, including turnkey solutions, retail fit outs, in-store branding, signage and POS displays. You will ensure high-quality delivery and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Business/Marketing, 5–8 years of sales experience in retail branding, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with retailers, mall management and other potential clients needing branding/visibility solutions.

• Propose customized branding solutions with designers, vendors, and execution teams.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals; negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Monitor project status, deadlines, client feedback and after-sales support.
• Travel locally or regionally to meet clients and inspect sites.

We are looking for a driven and creative Retail Branding Sales& marketing Person. In this role, you will focus on selling branding and visibility solutions to retail outlets – including turnkey solutions, retail fit outs, in-store branding, signage, POS, store branding, branding activations, etc. You will be the responsible for ensuring clients get the branding solutions they need delivered in quality and on time, while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with retailers, store owners, mall management, and other potential clients needing branding/visibility / signage solutions.
• Generate leads via linked in, personal ref or any other potential way and convert them into orders for branding services (turnkey solutions, retail fit outs POS materials, signage, displays, branding installations).
• Understand client branding requirements; work with designers, vendors, and execution teams to propose customized branding solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and proposals to clients; negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, installation) to ensure timely execution of projects, maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Monitor project status, ensure deadlines are met, manage client feedback and after-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends in retail fit out processes, materials, signage, retail visuals, branding technologies, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and pricing; collect market intelligence.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets / revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, client interactions using CRM or equivalent tools.
• Travel, as required, to client locations, stores, production sites, vendor locations etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years (or more, as per seniority) in sales, preferably in turnkey solutions, retail fit outs, retail branding, signage, POS solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good aesthetic sense / understanding of branding visuals, layouts, materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
• Client-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel locally (or regionally) to meet clients, inspect sites, etc.
