Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is seeking a Manager - Sales HR to lead HR initiatives for frontline sales teams. The role focuses on implementing HR strategies to strengthen talent, people capability and engagement.

You will work with business leaders to drive plans across recruitment, development, incentives and compliance. Responsibilities include manpower planning, incentive programs, payroll inputs, engagement activities, and collaboration with HR COE and zonal

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business and execute Business Linked HR Plans for the year
• Work with the Third-party vendor to manage the Employee Lifecycle of MGRs and reduce MGR attrition and increase engagement
• Drive zonal incentive programs for Sales teams at both on-roll and off-roll levels and ensure effective utilization to drive business growth
• Manpower planning and execution to maintain an optimum ratio of manpower to revenue and deliver flat to prior manpower cost
• Execute Compensation actions for the teams as per the Rewards Philosophy to retain and engage talent
• Strengthen the Talent Pipeline in the Frontend through Recruitment and Induction of the Right talent; Talent Management & development; Top and Bottom Talent Management; PIP management, Review and Development
• Employee Engagement: Partner with the Zonal teams to Drive Planning and Employee Engagement Initiatives; Rewards and Recognition; Open House Sessions
• Sales HR Routines: Monthly MIS for MGRs, Payroll Inputs for Permanent Staff; Market Visit/Gate Meeting Routine to ensure regular interaction with the Sales Team
• Ensure Statutory compliances as per labor laws and HRP and facilitate the COBC cases for the zone
• Ensure compliance to adherence for safety guidelines for the zone
• Working with HR COE teams to drive HR agenda in terms of L&D, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits & Facilities management
