Job summary

Sterling & Wilson is seeking an experienced civil sales/estimation professional based in Mumbai. The role involves tender evaluation, feasibility studies, and preparation of techno-commercial offers for civil projects.

You will prepare BOQs, perform cost estimations, and manage RFQs with vendors while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The position requires 10–12 years of relevant experience and a B.E./Diploma in Civil engineering, with a focus on meeting sales targets and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in civil sales/estimation.
• Education: B.E. or Diploma in Civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Tender evaluation and clarifications with client/consultants.
• Feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2).
• Prepare sales presentations and techno-commercial offers.
• Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings and specs.
• Estimate and cost civil works requirements.
• Float RFQs to vendors and obtain prices.
• Attend techno-commercial meetings with consultants and PSUs.
• Knowledge of local & international standards.
• Meet sales targets and coordinate with client and internal teams.

Job description

He should be capable for:

• 1) Tender Evaluation : Read, understand , evaluate customer's requirements, seek clarifications from Client / Consultants etc.


• 2.) Conducting feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2 etc)


• 3.) Preparation of sales presentation


• 4.) Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on issued drawings, specifications, and related client documents across various sub-trades.


• 5.) Preparation of techno-commercial offer


• 6) Able to carry out estimation and costing of Civil Works requirements


• 7) To float RFQ to various materials/equipment and obtain the prices from vendors


• 8) To attend techno-commercial meeting with consultant, clients, PSUs etc.


• 9.) Knowledge of Local & International Standards


• 10.) Responsible for 1) Sales target 2.) Estimation & Costing 3.) Coordination with client & internal team for preparing techno commercial bid and submission of the same.
