Job summary

Sterling & Wilson is seeking a Manager Sales & Estimation Engineer - Electrical to lead bid activities and costed proposals. The role covers technical and commercial bid preparation, design estimation, MTO creation and tender evaluation for electrical projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to interpret SLDs and technical datasheets, prepare competitive offers, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating with pre-bid meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids.
• Knowledge of tender evaluation, pre-bid queries and meetings.
• Ability to perform costing, design quantity estimation and MTO preparation.
