Qualifications

• B.E. Civil Engineering degree required.
• 7–15 years of site experience with building projects.
• Experience in tendering and estimation of building projects.
• Knowledge of commercial and technical contract conditions.
• Experience with tender documents, synopsis and pre-bid points.
• Market surveys and site visits for tender data collection.
• Rate analysis, BOQ and project overheads.
• Baseline project planning for tender and site logistics.
• Technical presentations to clients; familiarity with formwork and equipment.
• Understanding of project mobilization and resource requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender synopsis and pre-bid points.
• Conduct market surveys and site visits for tender data.
• Perform rate analysis and BOQ calculations.
• Plan baseline tender schedule and site logistics.
• Prepare tender submittals and client presentations.
• Understand formwork, equipment, and mobilization needs.
