Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India seeks a Manager - Sales (ANH) to drive Animal Nutrition & Health business across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You will build regional strategies, expand the customer base, and partner with internal teams to deliver growth.

The role requires deep poultry industry knowledge, a network in the region, and a track record of achieving sales targets, with regular travel across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Poultry Industry (Animal Nutrition/Feed Additives/Veterinary/Animal Health).
• Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala poultry markets, including major poultry belts, integrators, distributors, and key customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitable business growth.
• Experience in handling key accounts and distributor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Drive direct and indirect sales while identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, poultry integrators, and feed manufacturers.
• Review sales performance regularly and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to support business growth.
• Ensure timely reporting through MIS, Salesforce, and compliance with company policies and processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and other internal stakeholders for effective business execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Manage receivables, minimize business risks, and ensure sustainable and profitable growth across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The candidate must possess an established network within the poultry industry and have strong relationships with key integrators, distributors, feed manufacturers, and poultry customers across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
