Job summary

Forward in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Sales & Distribution professional to own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You will drive order management, pricing, billing and distribution, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless customer engagement across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 7-8 years in Sales & Distribution with SAP SD/MM, including mapping, requirement gathering, UAT and data migration, and a strong business-process mindset within manufacturing sectors such as

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP implementation projects, especially SAP SD/MM.
• Experience in business process documentation and requirement gathering.
• UAT, testing and data migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in sales operations, order management, pricing, billing, distribution, logistics coordination, customer management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on SAP implementation and process-mapping activities, including requirement gathering and training.
• Involvement in UAT, data migration and go-live activities.

Role & responsibilities

Strong experience in sales operations, order management, pricing, billing, distribution, logistics coordination, customer management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

1 Knowledge of SAP implementation projects

2 Business process documentation, mapping and requirement gathering

3 UAT, testing, data migration

Preferred candidate profiles

• 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales & Distribution/Sales Operations with strong exposure to O2C, order management, pricing, billing, and distribution.
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation (SAP SD/MM), including process mapping, requirement gathering, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live.
• Preferred candidate from Manufacturing ( Conductors , Cables and Oil )with strong business-process and digital transformation experience.
