Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects in SAP SD across ECC and S/4HANA environments. Strong expertise in O2C processes, order-to-cash cycle and master data management is required.

The role involves configuring SAP SD processes (quotations, sales orders, deliveries, billing and returns), pricing procedures, output determination, credit management, and integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and SAP SD components.
• Familiarity with integration to MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM in ECC/S4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns.
• Work on pricing procedures, output determination, credit management, and account determination.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Configure customer master data, sales areas, shipping points, routes, and partner functions.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams including MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
