Job summary

CoreOps.AI is seeking an experienced SAP SD consultant to analyze client requirements, map them to SAP processes, and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. The role covers blueprints, configuration, testing, and ongoing support within a collaborative project team.

Required are 6–10 years in SAP SD with cross-functional SAP expertise (FI, PP, MM) and familiarity with Best Practices and ASAP terminology. Strong business process redesign skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience withSales and Distribution processes.
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation and support.
• Cross-functional expertise in SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP PP and MM.
• Experience using SAP implementation tools such as Best Practices, ASAP terminology.

KeyResponsibilities:

Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation...

Define business process requirements, preparation of scope of SAP Sales and Distribution. Able to perform Gap Analysis. Prepared Business process blueprints (AS-IS and TO-BE).

Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions

Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts

Testing, assist in the development of test scripts

Finalize the configuration & support the solution

Analysis and design of efficient business processes and their technical implementation in SAP SD via Customizing.

Coordination with the development team for the realization of functional design,

Monitoring & Supporting existing SAP SD solutions and adapt to new business requirements

Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions, Experience on Sales and Distribution module workflows and control mechanism.

Played a key role in the full project lifecycle, frominitial set-up of the project to the final delivery preparation.

TechnicalExperience:

6 to 10years of working experience with sales and distribution processes optimization and automation, solid experience in delivering the SAP Solutions and experience in at least 2 E2E implementation and support.

Business process analysis and redesign experience:

Hands on experience in building and supporting complex pricing procedures with VOFM routines (requirement and calculation routines), Price Lists, Expiringcurrencies, maintaining Pricing Agreements in Contracts.

Hands-on experience with SD module with emphasis on Customer Order Management, Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Variant Configuration, Billing, Contract Management, Delivery Processing, in Consumer products and services.

Hands on experience in Variant Configuration including variant class, class types, class hierarchy, characteristics, Variant Pricing conditions and dependencies (Procedure, Pre Conditions, Constraints etc.)

Experience in sales and production BOM set up for Configurable Materials (including Super BOM) for Products and Services.

Expertise in configuration of Special Business processes like cross company selling, Third Party Process, Back to BackIntercompany PO/SO Process, Credit memo and Debit memo, Organizational Units, Master data, Partner functions.

Hands on experience with SAP interfaces to SAP and NonSAP applications on Synchronous SOAP call Web services using standard SAP BAPI for Quote/Order/Contracts and Asynchronous services with EDI and IDOC messaging. SD configuration, customization and SD related User Exits.

Process Skill set:

MasterData:

includes of customer master data, material master data, pricing conditions record, output records and credit management. Customer Number Range and Assign to Customer Account Group etc.

Basic Functions: SAP SD configuration results in an effective process across all basic functions involved in sales and distribution area. Here, examples of basic functions can be pricing, output etc. The amount of pricing used for a particular sale and the output result from the same and so on.

Sales: Categorization of diverse sales and process, Define process for sales and distribution, JustInTime Sequencing, Customer Order Management, Quotation, Order, Shipping and Transportation, Billing and Electronic Invoice knowledge.

Shipping and Transportation: Customer specific Logistics document like, Pallet Label, MBOL, Delivery Note / Challan, and Invoice. Different mode of transportation covered by module.

Foreign Trade: Configuration of Export related output and documents through SAP. To handle the data related to foreign trade including both imported products and products exported outside.
