Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in India invites a Metallurgical Engineer to lead in-house development activities for new products in the iron and steel sector. You will plan and execute development programs, work with Sales and Marketing to capture customer needs, and provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will apply data analytics to evaluate processes, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Iron & Steel, focusing on product development, R&D, process improvement, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel and steel metallurgy.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting is preferred.
