The Manager – Quick Commerce will lead and grow Novel Tissues’ presence across quick commerce and online grocery platforms, ensuring strong visibility and high product availability. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mysore and involves managing platform relationships, negotiating terms, and driving sales performance through assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies. The role includes monitoring daily sales and operational metrics, analyzing performance data, and implementing actions to optimize revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction. The manager will coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, timely listings, and effective campaigns. Responsibilities also include overseeing customer feedback, resolving issues with platform partners, and preparing regular business reports and forecasts for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage platform relationships, secure favorable terms, and drive revenue growth.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, and make data-informed decisions for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with platform stakeholders, and address customer-related escalations.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods, preferably in hygiene or baby care categories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and coordination with supply chain or operations teams is beneficial.
