Megha Engineering And Infrastructure is seeking a QA/Inspection professional to handle material inward and in-process inspections during welding, coordinate client inspections, and manage QAP submissions and approvals. The role requires familiarity with welding standards, NDT/RTR, heat treatment, and various raw materials.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of material inward inspection and in-process inspections during and after welding.
• Preparation, submission and approval of QAPs from clients.
• Exposure to API/ISO documentation.
• Awareness of welding techniques, WPS, PQR and WPQs.
• Knowledge of NDT/RTR and heat treatment.
• Familiarity with MS/CS/SS, castings/forgings and paints.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with clients for inspection arrangements and material dispatch clearance.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of QAPs with clients.
• Oversee welding quality checks including inward and in-process inspections.
• Apply knowledge of NDT/RTR and heat treatment to QA activities.
• Maintain familiarity with materials and consumables used in welding projects.

Role & responsibilities

1. Having Good Knowledge in Material Inward Inspection and In process inspections during and after welding.


2. Preparation, Submission and Approval of QAPs from clients.


3. Co-Ordination with clients for arrangement of inspections and material dispatch clearances.


4. Awareness in latest welding technics and preparation WPS, PQR & WPQs.


5. Good Knowledge in NDT /RTR, Heat Treatment.


6. Good Knowledge in Raw Materials like MS/CS/SS/SA 105/Castings/Forgings, other bought out items and consumables & Paints.


7. Should have good Exposure in API/ISO documentation.
