Job summary

Shubhashish Homes Developers seeks an experienced Construction Materials Quality Assurance lead to manage testing of cement, concrete, aggregates, steel and bricks, and oversee laboratory operations and sampling.

The role focuses on IS codes compliance, concrete mix design, test report validation, calibration of equipment, and coordinating with site teams and external laboratories to ensure timely, reliable quality data.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in construction material quality control, QA, and laboratory testing.
• Mandatory quality certifications relevant to construction materials testing and quality management.
• Strong expertise in testing cement, concrete, aggregates, steel, and other construction materials.
• In-depth knowledge of IS codes and laboratory procedures.
• Experience in concrete mix design, compressive strength testing, and test report validation.
• Hands-on experience in managing testing laboratories, calibration, and audits.
• Strong team management, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality testing of construction materials, including cement, concrete, aggregates, steel, bricks, and other building materials.
• Oversee laboratory operations, sampling, testing procedures, and quality inspections.
• Ensure IS codes, testing standards, and project specifications compliance.
• Monitor concrete mix designs and compression strength tests.
• Verify test reports and maintain quality records for reliability.

• Identify deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
