Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to implement and monitor quality procedures across multiple projects. You will conduct site inspections, oversee civil, finishing, and MEP quality, and manage materials with lab coordination.

The role emphasizes CAPA-driven improvements and meticulous documentation. With 12-15 years in QA/QC for large-scale projects, you will drive supplier performance assessments and ensure compliance with standards and statutory norms,

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of QA/QC experience in construction or related projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits; oversee civil, finishing, and MEP quality compliance.
• Manage material quality by approving inputs and coordinating testing with labs.
• Drive process improvements through CAPA and standardization initiatives.
• Maintain quality documentation (checklists, reports, NCRs) and share periodic MIS.
• Evaluate contractor/vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to statutory norms and lead internal/external audits.
