Job summary

Rainbow Hospitals unit seeks a Quality And Accreditation Manager to lead NABL accreditation activities, maintain all quality documentation, and drive continuous improvement across pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical stages. You will report to the Group Medical Director and serve as deputy for Lab Director.

The role requires BHM or MHM, strong communication, auditing and CAPA skills, and the ability to coordinate with HR, stores, purchase and lab services.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage NABL accreditation documentation.
• Experience with internal audits and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage NABL accreditation documentation for the unit.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain audit records.
• Amend quality documents and ensure adherence to QA plans.
• Provide advice on quality issues and ensure staff understands QA policies.
• Perform root cause analysis and CAPA for quality events.
• Prepare manuals and SOPs and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with HR, Stores, Purchase, Sample collection and lab services.
• Act as deputy for Lab Director and ensure timely report dispatch.

Operations

• Quality manger is responsible for all the documentation required for NABL Accreditation Programme.
• Responsible for conducting internal audits and maintaining the records of the same.
• Responsible for Amendments made in the Quality documents.
• Giving advice and support on a range of quality issues as required.
• Communicating and ensuring that the QA plans are understood and operated by all staff.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA of an Error in pre-analysis, analysis and post analytical stages
• Preparation of Manuals and SOPs
• Coordinator between Human resource, Stores, Purchase, Sample collection and laboratory services.
• Coordinate with management with any requirements pertaining to laboratory Operations.
• Ensure quality control policies are implemented with regular meetings and follow up whenever required.
• Responsible for timely dispatch of reports to the respective areas.
• Act as a deputy for Lab Director.

Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
