Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee NABH accreditation activities and ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, 5S, and DHS standards.
• Coordinate NABH policies across departments and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead staff training programs on NABH standards and quality improvement.
• Manage preparation and verification of NABH documentation (SOPs, manuals, forms).
• Monitor and report quality indicators; identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage incident reporting and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Coordinate NABH accreditation audits and follow-up on recommendations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage NABH accreditation, quality control systems, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to NABH standards, ISO certifications, and other quality frameworks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves coordinating internal audits, tracking quality indicators, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring operational excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee NABH accreditation, quality control systems, and related activities to ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, 5'S, and DHS standards.
• Coordinate and implement NABH policies across departments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead quality initiatives and training programs for staff on NABH standards and quality improvement processes.
• Manage the preparation and verification of all NABH-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and forms.
• Monitor and report on quality indicators, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
• Conduct internal audits, track corrective actions, and ensure improvements are implemented.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage incident reporting and ensure corrective actions are executed promptly.
• Coordinate NABH accreditation audits and follow-up on recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Sc.(Nursing) / MHA or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as NABH Coordinator or Quality Manager in a hospital setting.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of NABH standards, strong leadership skills, experience in handling accreditation processes, and familiarity with audit systems.
