Job summary

Rangadore Memorial Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager Quality to strengthen the hospital's quality management, accreditation, compliance, and patient safety initiatives. The role will coordinate NABH standards and lead internal audits, SOP development, CAPA follow-up, and training across departments.

The ideal candidate holds an MHA / MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management with proven hospital quality department experience and strong data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital quality department is required.
• Knowledge of NABH standards desirable.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NABH and other accreditation compliance.
• Conduct internal audits, mock drills, and readiness checks.
• Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality systems.
• Monitor Quality Indicators and prepare quality reports.
• Manage documentation related to accreditation, audits, incidents, and compliance.
• Follow up on CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and guide Quality Executives and junior team members.
• Coordinate training on quality systems, hospital policies, emergency codes, and patient safety.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
