Job summary

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers in Bengaluru is seeking a procurement professional with 5+ years in purchasing. You will develop vendors, negotiate prices, procure materials per requisitions, and place orders while coordinating with accounts for payments and invoicing.

You should ensure timely delivery and maintain supplier relationships. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hindi, has own conveyance, and is proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in Purchase department.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Hindi mandatory).
• Kannada knowledge optional.
• Own conveyance such as motorbike or scooter.
• Well groomed with a pleasing appearance.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Vendor development and price negotiation.
• Procure materials as per purchase requisitions.
• Place purchase orders and follow up for receipt of materials.
• Negotiate and execute supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments and invoicing.
• Ensure timely delivery and service from suppliers.

• Vendor Development.
• Price Negotiation.
• Procuring Materials as per Purchase Requisitions.
• Placement of Purchase Orders. Follow-up for Receipt of Materials. Hitch Placements
• Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure the best possible service & timely delivery by supplier
• Submitting invoices in the accounts department for payments
• Co-ordinations and follow up with the accounts department for supplier/vendor payments

Required Candidate profile

• Min 5 to 12 years of experience in Purchase dept. with a reputed company
• Fluent in English, Hindi(mandatory), Kannada(Optional)
• Having own conveyance like motorbike or scooter
• Well groomed and pleasing appearance.
• Well versed with computers and MS office package
• Age 22 years to 35 years
