Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solar EPC projects.
• Proven experience in solar project site execution.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV technology, inverters, and BOS components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
