Job summary

Preca Solutions in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise building projects. You will oversee site teams, coordinate with contractors and clients, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time results.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years in building construction, a B.E./B.Tech in Civil, and strong skills in MS Project and Primavera, BOQ/billing, QA/QC, and contractor management to drive successful multi-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
• 10–20 years of experience in building construction as a project manager handling high-rise projects end-to-end with a contractor's company.
• Experience with precast is advantageous.
• Hyderabad experience with reputed construction firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget, quality, and safety standards.

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects within approved budget, quality, and safety standards while leading site teams, managing contractors/vendors, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience: 10 to 20 years

Job location: Hyderabad

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10-20 years in building construction as a project manager handling high-rise building projects end-to-end with a contractor's company, dealing with clients. (PRECAST experience would be added advantage.)
• Technical Must-Haves: Strong in planning (MS Project/Primavera), BOQ & billing, QA/QC, contractor management, and on-time delivery.
• Location/Industry: Preferably from Hyderabad with experience in reputed construction firms handling multiple sites simultaneously
• Personality: A leader who can handle pressure, take ownership, and get work done through teams and motivate them.
