Job summary

Mithros Chemicals PVT LTD, a growing CRO in Hyderabad, seeks a highly organized professional to support management Chemistry services. You will handle a diverse portfolio of projects, act as SPoC between clients and internal teams, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Your role requires CRO/CDMO experience, postgraduate life sciences education, and proficiency in PM principles; familiarity with MS Project, Power BI, and Excel is desirable.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (M.Pharm/M.Sc./MBA).
• Understanding of PM principles, standards, processes, tools & techniques is essential.
• MS Project, Power BI and Excel desirable.
• CAPM/PMP or equivalent certification is desired however not mandatory.
• CRO & CDMO Experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow PMBOK-based practices to ensure projects are delivered On Budget, On Time and quality.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project launch, execution and closeout.
• Work with scientific teams to prepare detailed project plans and proactively identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and track project progress using timelines and tracking tools (MS Projects or Smart Sheets).
• Identify and manage all project-related issues and coordinate with enabling functions for prompt resolution.
• Schedule and chair weekly/bi-weekly progress updates and document action items.
• Prepare project documentation in compliance with PMO standards and maintain them in DMS for retrieval & archival.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, SCM, Legal, IT, QA, CMS, Finance) for smooth project operations.
• Resolve internal issues and follow escalation procedures; provide MIS summaries to management.

About the Role: Mithros is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to support the management Chemistry services in Hyderabad, India.It's an internal and external client facing role, where candidate is expected to manage diverse portfolio of short-term and long-term projects.

What you can expect:

• Follow and apply best project management practices, principles, methodologies as per Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to ensure the projects delivered On Budget, On Time and quality to the best of customer satisfaction
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) and serve as a primary liaison between the Company's internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, outsourcing partners) to ensure project launch, execution, and closeout according to the contractual agreements.
• Work with Scientific teams in preparing detailed project plans for project execution proactively identify risks and use appropriate response/ mitigation strategies to manage them.
• Maintain and track project progress in connection with chemistry project leader by maintaining timelines and other tracking/analysis tools - MS projects or Smart sheets.
• Identify and manage all project related issues, work with appropriate enabling function for prompt resolution to avoid any negative impact on project schedule, budget or customer relationship.
• Schedule & chair weekly/bi-weekly progress updates, record meeting notes and follow-up on the action items to ensure projects running on track.
• Prepare all project documentation in compliance with Project Management office (PMO) standards, processes, templates and appropriately maintain them in document management system (DMS) for easy retrieval & archival.
• Work with cross-functional teams (BD, SCM, Legal, IT, QA, CMS, Finance) and manage project operations smoothly with minimal supervision.
• Resolve internal issues/conflicts amicably and follow proper escalation matrix.
• Maintain revenue, resource utilization trackers and provide monthly summaries as part of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Provide regular, structured updates to the Manager, Project Leader and Senior Management as needed.
• CRO & CDMO Experience is required

What we expect:
