Job summary

Novopor Advanced Science seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end customer projects from sample submission to commercialization. You will manage Stage-Gate milestones, coordinate R&D, production, QA/QC, SCM and BD, and maintain timely plans, risks, and dashboards for leadership.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in CDMO manufacturing (agro/pharma/specialty chemicals) with PMP/Agile exposure, and a degree in engineering or chemistry (MBA desirable).

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of PM experience in CDMO/manufacturing
• B.Tech. Chemical Eng or MSc Chemistry; MBA desirable
• PMP or Agile cert is a plus; agro/pharma domain preferred

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects from sample submission to commercialization.


• Drive Stage-Gate project management and ensure timely milestone completion.


• Coordinate with internal teams - R&D, T&D, Production, QA/QC, SCM, Procurement, and BD.


• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation actions.


• Ensure OTIF delivery and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.


• Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and management.


• Track action items and ensure cross-functional accountability.


• Prepare dashboards and project presentations for leadership.

Competencies:

Qualification:

Nature of Experience:

• 4 - 8 years of project management experience in a CDMO manufacturing environment preferably in Agrochemicals / Specialty chemicals / Pharma industry.
