Job Title: MANAGER PROJECTS

What you’ll do:

The primary function is to implement the go-to-market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships and negotiate activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.

Pre-Order activities

• Understand customer needs, conduct process study and electrical load analysis at customer sites, help sales with solution design and validation.
• Understand customer tender specifications & BOQ, prepare site drawings, bid documents, and technical submissions.
• Prepare BOQ for turnkey solutions to help sales generate additional revenue (UPS + Electricals).
• Coordinate with customers’ technical teams, electrical consultants, and project managers.

Post Order activities

• Prepare project technical submittals and obtain approvals.
• Advise on adequate sizing of power cables, switch gear, breakers, heat loss, and AC sizing.
• Coordinate with electrical contractors and execute projects acquired by sales engineers.
• Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Handle handover at site, prepare handover documentation, and obtain sign‑off from customers, architects, PMC, and electrical consultants.

Sales Support and Application Development

• Explore new applications.
• Capture product‑feature queries from customers and raise them to product managers, engineering, and quality departments.
• Provide technical support to sales during tender bidding.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients, customers, and consultants.

Qualifications:

• Engineering bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
• 8–10 years of field sales experience.
• Presales experience with UPS.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals and deep understanding of UPS technology and application.
• Experience with data‑center solutions preferred.
• Proficiency in using high‑end power analyzers and hands‑on CAD experience.
• Excellent technical presentation and discussion skills with electrical consultants and key decision makers, analytical skills, and market intelligence.
