Job summary

Euronet in Thane, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to join its 24x7 production support team. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting client issues, data analysis, and applying production upgrades across a multiproduct banking environment.

The ideal candidate has strong problem solving, ITIL experience, familiarity with ISO 8583, Java applications, and Linux. Excellent communication and SLA/OLA adherence are essential for success.

• Experience with supporting Java applications and an understanding of web technology.
• Knowledge of Linux environment will be an Added advantage.

Requirements

• In depth understanding of MS SQL.


• Core switching experience and knowledge and recent experience.


• Complete understanding of ISO 8583 and recent experience.


• Understanding of end-to-end transaction flow (issuing/ Acquiring) .


• Hands on experience on release management, change management process and incident management. Internal content Internal content.
