Job summary

Flow Link Systems Private Limited(Voith Group Company) in Coimbatore seeks a seasoned Mechanical Operations Manager to steer machine shop activities, schedule jobs, allocate manpower, and optimize utilization.

You will drive KPI tracking (OEE, parts per shift, downtime), enforce PPE and 5S, and ensure EHS compliance, with 15-25 years in machineshop ops and 5-7 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma Mechanical Engineering with 15-25 years experience in machineshop operations.
• At least 5-7 Years experience in a Manager Role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Jobs, machines and Manpower to meet targets.
• Ensure Machine utilization is optimized, avoid bottlenecks.
• Track KPI's Like parts per shift,OEE, Rejection rate, downtime.
