• Validate thermal/mechanical designs and coordinate with engineering and vendors.
• Manage customer relationships, conduct customer visits, and support technical/commercial discussions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events.
• Track market trends and identify new business and solution opportunities.
• Lead, guide, and manage the business development/technical team, ensuring effective coordination, performance, and achievement of business targets.

• Strong business development, customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel pan India and relocate as per business requirements.
