Job summary

Posimind Consulting LLP seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineer in Pune to lead conceptual and detailed electrical system design for MV/LV panels, distribution boards, transformers, cabling and related components.

The role includes feeder lists, SLDs, cable sizing, route planning, and equipment selections within beverage, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. The candidate will supervise on-site installation, manage subcontractors, and support the project manager with URS and bid evaluations, leveraging

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering graduate or Diploma holder with 5-8 years of experience in the required industry.
• Experience in process design and understanding of beverage, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors preferred.
• Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD; strong project management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual design of electrical systems.
• Electrical system design including MV/LV panels, distribution boards, transformer, cables, bus ducts, generator and related components.
• Prepare feeder lists and SLDs; perform cable sizing and routing.
• Select electrical components and prepare equipment specifications, data sheets, and bid evaluations.
• Prepare URS; supervise on-site installation and coordinate with subcontractors; assist project manager.

Job Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer

Location: Pune

Responsibilities

• Conceptual design.
• Electrical system design involving - MV / LV Panels / Distribution Board / AMPF / Capacitor Bank / Transformer/ Cables/ Bus Ducts / Generator / Auto Synchronization panels / Lightening protector / Earthing System
• Preparation of feeder list and SLD
• Cable sizing
• Cable routing and termination
• Selection of electrical components and system
• Prepare equipment specifications, data sheets, and bid evaluations.
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Supervise onsite installation.
• Manage Subcontractors on site and conduct quality checks
• Assist project manager to complete relevant project tasks.

Requirements

• Qualification- Electrical engineering graduate or Diploma holder with 5 - 8 years of experience in the required industry and good communications skills.
• OR Candidate with practical knowledge and good working experience in the relevant industry and good communications skills Since the work demands understanding of specific aspects of processes involved in food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry, candidate with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Position requires experience in process design, working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry and good understanding of project management.
