Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a senior Procurement professional to drive planning, costing, and supplier contract renewals within Global Procurement. You will manage RFC processes, monitor MRP, and ensure compliance across sites.

Senior candidate with 10-15 years in procurement, graduate by qualification, will collaborate with Purchase and QA teams, coordinating with multiple sites to deliver cost-effective procurement and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 10-15 years of procurement experience.
• Strong exposure to supply chain and cost management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• RFC planning and plan circulation to 3P plants for production planning.
• Monthly review and validation of costing in coordination with the purchase team for rates and finalization of costing.
• Regularization of cost sheet on costing portal.
• Raising of purchase orders in Ivalua as per RFC after costing finalization.
• Tracking of renewal of agreements / new agreements.
• MRP implementation and tracking.
• Artwork revision tracking in coordination with Site/PDD/IRA/QA team.
• Site audit and compliance follow up.
• Pickup and delivery of stocks from TP sites to respective CWH/CNF.
• Follow-up of delivery schedule with site and arranging pickup for ready stocks.
• NPPA application follow-up for the NLEM drugs and its compliance.
• Monthly - Pre-commit and final commit.
