Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience

Role Summary

Working extensively on policy advocacy issues and contributing to policy advocacy efforts of SPTL at the central and state levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience
• External focus/experience with government bodies, industry forums, etc.
• Basic understanding of the power sector
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in power transmission or power sector
• Technical knowledge about power transmission

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Deep dive analytical research of critical policies and regulations, domestic and global
2. Manage relationships with industry, Ministry of Power, CEA, CTU, REC, PFC
3. Collaborate with regulatory bodies
4. Build strong relationships with policy stakeholders
5. Work with cross-functional teams to align internal stakeholders around policy initiatives
6. Stay updated on policy changes at state and central levels
7. Represent the company at forums, seminars, and conferences; travel to states as needed
