Job summary
Rane Group's CORP-TPM CORP Plant Engineering division seeks a Manager to lead automation projects, drive machine reconditioning, refurbishment and upgradation to extend equipment life and improve performance.
The role requires 10–20 years in manufacturing engineering with hands-on experience in machine automation, PLC/HMI/VFDs, and sensors; robotics and vision systems are a valued plus. B.Tech/B.E. is preferred; campus/non-campus is non-campus.
Qualifications
- 10–20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Hands-on experience in machine reconditioning, refurbishing and upgradation
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD/servo drives, sensors
- Robotics and vision systems will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Drive machine reconditioning, refurbishment and upgradation projects to extend equipment life and improve performance.
- Drive projects involving robotics, material handling, poka-yoke, vision systems, sensors, interlocks and digital monitoring.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined cost, quality, safety and timeline requirements.
- Drive standardization and replication of successful automation and machine reengineering solutions across plants/processes.
- Demonstrate 10–20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, machine automation, maintenance, and building.
- Strong hands-on experience in machine reconditioning, retrofitting and upgradation.
