Job summary

Candidates should be proficient in CPM, budgeting support, and reporting, working with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with the plan.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track daily/weekly progress against the baseline schedule
• Identify delays and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure all stakeholders align with the project plan
• Estimate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Optimize resource utilization to avoid wastage or delays
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Highlight risks, delays, and recovery plans
• Conduct delay analysis (EOT claims, impact analysis)
• Use techniques like critical path method (CPM)
• Assist in budgeting and cost tracking
• Monitor project performance (planned vs actual)
