Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Planner to ensure high-standard planning and programming across projects, enabling timely execution while protecting time-related commercial exposure. The role emphasizes Primavera P6 expertise and robust planning processes.

Ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of project planning experience on large-scale Data Centre projects in India, and strong knowledge of Indian contracts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. with a good hold in Primavera P6.
• Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution
• Knowledge of risk management
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and different types of formworks.
• Good understanding of Indian forms of Contract
• Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques and experience in preparation of EOT Claim.

About the Role

The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF logical and accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure.
