Job summary

Raheja Universal (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, monitoring and control for our construction projects. You will develop master schedules, baseline programmes and milestone charts to guide project execution.

Key requirements include a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 8-12 years in Real Estate/Construction/EPC, with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus MIS reporting. Navi Mumbai/Kalina on-site role with regular progress reviews.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / EPC.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in project scheduling, critical path analysis, S-curves and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination, analytical and project monitoring skills.
