Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited in Mumbai seeks a senior planning professional with 15 years of experience in large-scale civil and building projects. You will lead planning, scheduling and risk analysis, using Primavera and related tools to drive project performance.

The role requires Chartered membership or equivalent, deep knowledge of Indian contract forms, and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering and membership of a professional association (Chartered planning, project management).
• 15 years of experience in project planning for large-scale Civil/Building projects.
• Proficient in Primavera and planning tools.
• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and various formworks.
• Understanding of Indian forms of contract.
• Proficient in delay and disruption analysis and prepared EOT claims.
