Job summary

Bhumi is seeking a Placement Manager to connect Skill-ED graduates with meaningful employment by building strong employer partnerships and driving successful placements. You will work with corporates, educational institutions, and internal teams to ensure students are job-ready and connected to opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in employer partnerships or related fields, with strong relationship management and campus hiring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential corporate employers to recruit Bhumi's Skill-ED students.
• Conduct placement workshops, mock interviews, and employability training with industry professionals.
• Understand students' career goals and guide them towards suitable job opportunities through mentorship and counseling.
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with employers and industry experts.
• Share regular placement reports with the org leadership and conduct market research to align training with emerging job roles.

About the Program:

Skill-Ed is avolunteer-powered initiative that equips young people aged 18–24 with essential21st-century skills through free IT training, and soft-skills development. Bybridging the growing skill gap, we aim to empower underprivileged youth andenhance their employability, opening doors to brighter futures.

EducationalQualification/Experience:

• Educational Degree : Graduation / Post-Graduation
