Job summary

Blue Dart Express is seeking an experienced Manager Organization Development (Certified) to drive enterprise-wide learning architecture, certified programs, leadership development and learning effectiveness initiatives.

The role will design and govern structured learning frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across regions, and driving measurable impact through data-driven learning interventions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or Organization Development.
• Experience designing enterprise-level learning frameworks across large organisations.
• Curriculum design, learning architecture and leadership development experience.
• Exposure to learning analytics, effectiveness measurement and ROI assessment.
• Experience in large, multi-location environments with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise learning roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Develop structured learning pathways for managers and leaders at all levels.
• Own curriculum design and governance for certified programs across divisions.
• Define certification standards, eligibility criteria and assessment methods.
• Drive succession planning, readiness mapping and IDP governance.
• Develop learning effectiveness and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Publish enterprise learning dashboards and perform data-driven improvements.
• Establish standardized learning documentation, SOPs and QA processes.
• Benchmark learning practices and introduce innovative formats (micro-learning, digital simulations, experiential learning).

About the Role

Blue Dart Express is looking for an experienced Manager Organization Development (Certified) to drive enterprise-wide learning architecture, Certified programs, leadership development and learning effectiveness initiatives.

The role will be responsible for designing and governing structured learning frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across regions, and driving measurable impact through data-driven learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise learning roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Develop structured learning pathways for first-time managers, mid-level and senior leaders.
• Own curriculum design and governance for Certified programs across CES, CEM, Sales, HR and Safety.
• Define certification standards, eligibility criteria, assessment methodology and governance processes.
• Drive succession planning methodology, successor readiness mapping and IDP governance.
• Develop learning effectiveness and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Create and publish enterprise learning dashboards and use analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish standardized learning documentation, SOPs and quality assurance processes.
• Benchmark learning practices and introduce innovative formats such as micro-learning, digital simulations and experiential learning.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organization Development.
• Strong experience in designing enterprise-level learning frameworks.
• Experience in curriculum design, learning architecture and leadership development.
• Exposure to learning analytics, effectiveness measurement and ROI assessment.
• Experience working in large workforce / multi-location environments will be preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analytical ability and innovation orientation.
• MBA/PGDM in HR; certification in L&D / OD will be an added advantage
