Job summary

Vodafone Idea in Gujarat is seeking an O&M Field Engineer (M1 - Manager level) to ensure network uptime for radio and MW, and to support KPI improvements across all technologies. The role demands hands-on experience in BSC/RNC and transport domains and close collaboration with SNOC, IPs, and project teams.

You will lead maintenance activities, analyze daily reports to achieve uptime targets of 99.70%+, and mentor a small team while driving fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance across RAN/MW

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW network.

• Experience- 7-8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson) domain.

Responsibilities
