Job summary

Mahindra Logistics in Siliguri seeks a Site Lead to own end-to-end site operations, including productivity, safety, quality, and cost targets at SLGRI1. You will translate business strategy into local execution and drive performance across all KPIs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, with close collaboration across HR, Finance, Safety, Quality, Transportation, IT, and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted service and risk mitigation.
